I ordered AA batteries, but they shipped AAA batteries. So I called and they said they would ship the correct batteries. The second shipment was also AAA batteries. When I called again, the manager Abe told me I could pay for a return shipment of the AAA batteries myself, and when they were received he would then ship me the correct batteries. This was totally unacceptable to me since it was their mistake, so he said I could email a photo of both incorrect shipments.
