I attempted to set up a phone account for an inmate in Chowchilla(VSPW) the GlobalTellink site did not list the facility.Upon calling customer service the representative said she would set up the account and took the money from my credit card.Later found out the money is stuck in a county system somewhere in Southern California and It has been 2 months now and now refund... They took the money right away I expect it to be refunded in the samee manner! read full review »
