My wife and I bought 2 laptops just over a year ago. A month ago both computers failed; they had extended warranties. We just got one back (the other is still 1-and-a-half to 2 weeks away from being fixed). I called Toshiba today for help in getting the modem operational since I need it for school. They expressed a desire for payment to help!!! Next time I will buy a Compaq laptop. After 3 weeks of repair I should not have problems. read full review »
