I placed an order through Pro Flowers' web site and the product stated that it is a Florist Express item available for same day delivery, and that Florist Express is a preferred partner of Pro Flowers. The order was confirmed with a next-day delivery date and I was billed for the order. The order was never delivered. The contact information provided by Pro Flowers/Florist Express to contact for assistance does not work. The phone number is out of service. read full review »
