This company is such a scam!!! I cancelled my free trial membership on 3/28/2011. Yet they have charged my american express card 11 times for a total of $180.00.When I called this company to dispute the charges, they claimed that the charges where not from them. Fortunately, american express is blocking their merchant # and hopefully the past charges will be refunded to me. Never use a "free credit report" company, go to the goverment website.
