I ordered two items from provantage.com on May 17th, 2011. One of the items was delivered without problem. However the second item (a Microsoft Office 2010 license key) still hasn't been delivered almost 2 months later. I sent them several emails asking for an update on my order, then asking them to cancel the remaining item and refund me. They NEVER answered ANY of my emails. They don't even bother to pick up the phone. The only reaction they had was after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It's a complete scam. Stay away from this company.
