I cannot say I am pleased with the CS at Piperlime. I called today to check on the status of a return and was treated poorly. Order # 13WV5XX, for a pair of Kids Keen Targhee shoes. The first rep I spoke with asked many questions and could not even find my order, she stated that it maybe in the "old system" and she did not have access to it.
