I used this company to move me less than 10 miles from one location to another and due to the movers negligence, they broke my LG LCD 55 inch color TV and refused to replace it. I explained I don't want money just a replacement. Spoke to Ben/owner and he gave me the run around for over a month and told me all he can offer is a flat amount which is less than third of the cost to replace my TV.
