I totally agree with the complaint as I am one of the victim, scammed by the arcis company, I am from UAE & was looking for Ipad, thats how I came in contact with the arcis company, Mr. Christian parra who was laising with us and agreed to sell 6 ipad, for $3990.00 which will be delivered thru fedex overnight facility. Requested us to transfer the funds for purchase of Ipad via wire transfer to their M&T Bank a/c no.
