Purchase a magic jack device, setup said device and began using service. Had issues with disabling voicemail and getting phone calls to ring correctly. After numerous attempts to contact their live chat support, and being told there was no corporate number and they couldn't help me. I contacted my ISP and found that their side was working perfectly running 30Mbps down and 5Mbps up. On many occasions the magicjack chat rep would say goodbye and disconnect my chat. I want a resolution, refund of payment, and to be personally contacted. read full review »
