Since weight watchers has changed their program, my key board has trouble recognizing the letters or numbers that I type. I have to type the same letter or number several times before it is recognizable. I have contact weight watchers via telephone and internet several times with no results. I was told via internet to delete cache and or cookies from my program, none exist.
