CYMAX is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I made a $2, 419.20 purchase for a Howard Miller book shelving system on May 31, 2011. I contacted customer service when placing the order since reading reviews that they frequently run out of stock. The agent said that the product would be shipped within the week. Three weeks past and I had not heard from the company about any shipping details since they stated that they would send a tracking number when the product shipped.
