Purchased frames. Waited 10 days for them to be ordered and made. When completed, took them home. A few days later a pet damaged the glasses so took them in to be replaced. Waited 10 to 14 days for replacement. When completed, took them home. Next day tried to clean them with regular microfiber cloth but lenses rattled, moved inside the frames. Took them in and was told they were too big, the frames. Waited 10 days or so again for replacement. Picked the third pair up and went home. Same problem. Returned to store and demanded refund.
