Do not trust and order anything by UMI Direct on the web. We ordered a pair of runners on 5/4/2011 at a cost of $100. 23 ($95.05 plus shipping $5.18). It was never delivered. After several calls, they said that it went back to them for unknown reasons. They promised to credit our card. When that did not happen, the assured us that it will happen the same day on two subsequent telephone calls.
