11/20/10-Purchased 20" Dynacraft bicycle.Bike was poor quality.Required bearings within 90 days.Called Target on 2/26/11.Store claimed 90 days over, would not refund or exchange.I did not return within 90 days because I was refused refund on prior defective items-Cust Serv claimed must be in new condition with original packaging, which is impossible for defective items.No posted return policy in store for defective items-Cust Service lied about Target return policy for defective items.Since Target refused in past to refund defective item... read full review »
