I bought my Toshiba 3010 Dynabook computer. These computers were advertised in US magazines and no caveats were issued about support for English users. Recently I reformatted the HD and an upgraded Windows. There are conflicts between English versions of Windows and the Dynabook 3010. Toshiba US and Canada admit they do not offer product support for these computers and so I contacted Toshiba Japan to see if they offered some minor suggestions but they suddenly stopped answering my emails for help (3rd email).
