I returned a digital cable box in March w/in the time span to receive my money back ($195.00) and have yet to receive anything. I have sent emails, made phone calls and they all say it takes time. My latest emails and phone calls have not been returned. I just mailed out a letter today 7/12/11 to see if that will help get my money back. read full review »
