I have had MJ for 2 years now. It has never worked properly. I have been on numerous chat calls trying to fix my "Error 401" problem. I have given them access to my PC many times. Each fix was temporary. I am resigned to simply using MJ as a voice mail tool. Please don't buy this product. It is horrible. I don't think that the Chat People fully understand how to fix any problems that you might encounter. I operate Win7 which may or may not be part of the problem. read full review »
