i would like to remain anonymous for now, now that we are still wit them and currently looking for another shopping cart to switch to. Ever since we signed up with them 6 months, it was never but problems. Either ftp, email, admin section, helpdesk and currently the server it self is not working, doing tremendous damage to our company (financially). We lost thousands of $$ everyday that its down.
