This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They promised me that if I didn't like the service or the phone I would get a full refund within 7 days or under one hour of talk time. I met both requirements, and now they're refusing to refund my money. On top of that, they initially signed me up for a more expensive plan than I asked for, messed up my password, made up ridiculous excuses for the bad call quality like, because I ported my number from another company I was experiencing bad reception.
