The order that I placed 4 weeks ago has yet to be shipped I have contacted Totsy, it took them 3 days to respond, I was told to contact them again last week if I did not get an update on my order, I did not get the update and I did contact them again. It has now been 4 days, no reply, and my item still has not shipped. I will never buy from this company again, and I am making a point to let everyone know about their terrible service. read full review »
