I went to 2 different brick's and not one of them tried to help me out. I was looking for help and i was ready to buy the days i was there but no one. I can maybe live with the poor service but then i send a not to their "customercare" center and it has been 3 days with no response from them at all. I guess it is from the top down that they don't give a crap about their customers. read full review »
