My internet went out on July 01, 2011 with Time Warner. I use Majic jack as my phone through the internet and netflix to watch tv shows and movies through the internet of Time Warner. I had to use my net10 prepaid cell to call them to report the out and had to wait 30 minutes to talk to someone at time warner to report the problem. They couldn't send someone til Saturday July 09, 2011. All Time Warner wanted to cover was $ 5.00 and something but did not want to cover my loss of having to use my net10 30 minutes prepaid cell phone $ 3.00 ... read full review »
