Although I fully understand that the purpose and goal of this agency is to collect on past due debts, their approach and behavior is unacceptable. This company has not only made repeated phone calls to me at my place of employment, but they have gone as far as contacting my the Human Resources Department at my work, my immediate supervisor and even the Chief Executive Director of my Department.
