I had never heard of e-music until i seen it on my bank statement, the only online payment method i use is paypal. I do not understand how they got my details to take £10 per month from my account. When i treid to cancel the direct debit at my bank they told me i couldnt, i would have to cancel it with e-music.com first but could not find any way of actually contacting them.
