Try to get through to Timepieces International, makers of supposed fine watches. After being put on hold, if you wait more that 14 minutes, customer service call center drops your call. It has happened more that 3 times today. You just can't get through. Their watches have really gone down hill > This is the third watch I am trying to get fixed. What can one do?
