My mom was diagnosed with cancer 3 years ago and as a result she was unable to mak her payments. I had co-signed on the loan, but Saxon never once contacted me to inform me of a problem. Two years ago I submitted paperwork for a loan modification. Every couple of months I would have to resend them all the paperwork again!
