Hotwire Reviews: Hotwire will trick you... Hotwire will mislead you... And their customer service agents/supervisors are trained to be A-O!!! Really, they won't even acknowledge their issues and are rude and don't value the customer AT ALL. DO NOT TRUST HOTWIRE... why? because they will offer anything... other than what you are interested in and their website is extremely misleading when selecting a "checkbox" for a specific region and then results (ofcourse limited by their info policy) include hotels WAY beyond... read full review »
