I have been trying for 4 months to get Bank of America /FIA Card Services to quit sending letters and statements requesting payment on two credit card accounts. These accounts are in my son's name. I have tried to get them to stop the harassment for payment on these accounts. They have been informed since December 2008 that my son was sentenced to prison for 10 years and would not be making payments.
