I was informed in a recorded phone message on July 9, 2011 that a technician would be at my home between 8 and 11 a.m. on July 12 to install a part that had previously been ordered and was in my possession. The refrigerator will not work without it. He failed to appear or even call by 12 p.m., so I called Repair Service. I was informed that the technician was in my area and would arrive shortly.
