I order this cd from Grant Help Order thinking that this would help me with government grants. The company indicated that it was free and I have to pay only for the $1.93 postage but 7 days later they charge me on my credit card the amount of $74.95. I tried to call their number 888-6628762 but there is no answer. This compnay has already run with my money! Is there any government agency who can help the victimsof this company?
