SCUMBAG ALERT! Charles is an absolute scumbag liar. He was referred by a friend in the winter of 2010 to fix a leak for a reasonable $100 fee. He had a lengthy sob story of how he lost his commercial roofing business to the econmic climate, and we empathetically said we would use him in the Spring for complete roof/gutter replacement.
