We have been "trying" to purchase a home that is "supposed" to be owned by Flagstar since May 2 (they accepted our offer and signed the contract on may 2) since we are paying cash settlement SHOULD have been fast and pain free, NOT EVEN CLOSE! Today is July 13 and we received a request for a 4th 30 day extension last night and the end is NOT in sight.
