I paid for a washer/dryer to have delivered and was given a spacific date for delivery and time. They never showed up or called. I continually called until finally they delivered it (but they kept telling me it was to late to have a driver do so.) When they delivered it they left me to buy the accessories which were to come with it and left me to install it which they were suppose to do.
