I don't understand how a customer service help line could be busy all day long. I have been trying for a week straight to get through and nothing. How can you possibly pleed your case with this agency if they won't see you in person, and you can not get through on the phone. Who can help you, isn't this suppose to be the agency that helps & feeds the needy, misfotunate people, don't they rely on this dept. to get food on the table for unemployed parents and mainly KIDS.
