I am sorry to say, I too, think this is a scam company. Charged my CC over 4 months ago and I am still missing part of order. They do not return phone calls and forget about email. Stay clear. PS you definitely get what you pay for-- Junk! that falls apart on contact. Shoot thru umbrellas are so lame, that they break with little contact.
