The Colorado Property Management Group flat out lied to me and my family, and basically robbed us of our hard-earned money. I was told by the rep in charge of my case that our property in Brackenridge would be rented throughout the 2010/2011 season. They did NOT even list our property on their site, and therefore just kept our listing fees. They totally scammed us and we tried to take them to court but they were able to circumvent the legal system because we signed away our rights at the beginning of our business dealings.
