WFHM has made it almost impossible to make a quick payment without amassing "service charges" on your account. If you're late on your payment, you can't use the online payment system because it requires you make the late mortgage paymen AND the current mortgage payment. There is no choice of paying a specific amount. You can write a check to them, but if it's late, then another late fee is assessed.
