Customer service is a joke. They are trained to say "I'm sorry" and keep you on hold. I spent over $4, 000 last year had issues with my stove after 2 days of delivery. Had to call several times and they told me to call the dealer direct. My washer with in 3 years the door fell off as the hindge rusted again, no one could or would help me told me to call Fridigaire again. Bottom line the price of the door which is 3 separate parts and hindge comes to just under the price of the machine. Don't buy and Fridigaire products or puchase from PC Richards. As a customer who spent several thousands of dollars someone should have helped me here. read full review »
