First off, you can't even find a place to write to get a complaint addressed; if you could, I'm sure they'd just ship your complaint off to another country where people keep saying they don't know what you're talking about. But that's just the tip of the iceberg for me. I have yet to find a customer service agent, both in-store and over the phone, that is willing to help their customers.
