While I would agree that this firm's juicer machine is amazing, all will be well till you need a spare part if the drum or drum cap crack in use under warranty. Twice, this has happened to me and the first time I spent much time e mailing various address world wide, as the address on my original paperwork no longer functioned and the firm had not alerted me to any change, not so clever when you are offering a 20 year warranty.I finally gave up on them as I really needed this machine to work asap, and bought a a drum from an UK firm... read full review »
