I ordered a wallpaper mural from these people, and when my installer (a professional handyman) tried to install the first panel, the paint and paper came off. When I called the company, their "sales manager", Dan, was rude, abusive, condescending, and arrogant to both my installer and me. Their instructions say different things in different places, and are very misleading. The company offered no refund or replacement, and refused to stand behind their product.
