Okay first of all I reconsidered my boot size after reading the manufacture's sizing charts, because they are different than the standard measurements. I called within the first two hours after placing my order to change the size, and I was told, "Sorry I can't do anything for you.. your order went to warehouse already." If I could have believed that I wanted to know why then the order could not be electronically changed so the warehouse knows, and the rep said that's not how they do it; nor could they kill the order, so... read full review »
