I ordered a few items from Totsy which were meant to be birthday presents for friends' children. I have ordered from other similar sites but this was my first experience with Totsy. Three+ weeks later, I am still waiting for my order and the order status just says "pending". I have emailed Totsy Support, and received no response. I called Support and could not receive a live person. Well, now I need to run out to buy 3 different birthday presents. Just great. read full review »
