I have a son with life threatening illnesses and I can't even begin to tell you how frustrating it is to have to deal with a company such as CVS Caremark on top of having to deal with these illnesses. They will routinely hold onto prescriptions for weeks and THEN send letters saying they have tried to contact your doctor with questions, not true, and will then take additional time filling the orders if at all! It has become apparent to me that they care more about money than people and I will now just go to my local pharmacy and pay more than I should have to get my son's prescriptions. read full review »
