I purchased a wallpaper mural from these people, and upon installation of the first panel, the paint and paper came off. On calling the company, the "sales manager", Dan, was rude, arrogant, abusive, and condescending to both me and my installer. The instructions say different things in different places, and can easily be misinterpreted, so they have an "easy out".
