This company Charges your credit card 14.95 each month as says your authorised it by buying something from Red Envelope. This is a complete scam. I recommend getting in writing the agreement to refund you the money and cancel the account. They have said that to me numerous times and then it never happens. The only thing that seems to work is threating to twitter and write on forums. Sad to think companies cant just treat customers correctly in the first place. read full review »
