Watch out for a scam called the 'De Monaco Heritage Fund-Foundation' that has a P.O. Box in Las Vegas, NV. They do NOT list a phone number, email address or web address. They send out a form saying you have been chosen to receive a personal grant, then ask for $25 for processing fees. The Better Business Bureau has them listed as fraud.
