This business owner (Rob) is one class-A jerk. And he is training his employees to be the same. After a year of monthly service and a track record of paying my bill on time, I was billed for the last service (outting the bill on the front door mat is the way they bill) I did not receive the bill. Perhaps it blew away in the wind - of which we have alot in the summer and fall because we live on the water in the California Delta.
