I switched from another company to go with safelite. I called the 800 number and got a rep that took my information and I told her what model my truck was with all details. I even called back to confirm and told the new rep that the first rep had issues finding my truck model on the phone. He said it is fine we got it. Then I called on the day of appointment to let them know the best number to contact me at while I was at work b/c I forgot my cell phone at home, so the rep called the tech and updated the account at 730 am.
